I began my working life as a teacher where in addition to being the Head of the Biology Department, I held the position of chairman in the large Chatsworth branch of the Teacher’s Association of South Africa. Ready for a new challenge, I joined Liberty Life in 1988. It was daunting to leave the teaching profession but from the outset, I dedicated my life to my new career. Whilst in my first year, I have been one of Liberty Life’s most successful consultants, qualifying in being a member of the Chairman’s Club. In order to receive this prestigious nomination I was one of the top 25 consultants in the country.
